“High Performing Teams” and combined it with coaching for our management team to improve our team’s communication and provide junior managers and employees with workplace expectations to become more productive and collaborative. Working with Jerel was wonderful as he is very flexible and was able to accommodate the diverse needs of our employees. His anecdotes and insights made the program very practical to apply to our situation. The program’s impact has improved employee communication, meeting efficiency, and management skills leading to increased morale.
